Bundesmarine (Luthorian: Federal Marine Force) is the navy of the Bundesrepublik Dorvik and part of the unified Bundeswehr. It was established in 4165 after a comprehensive constitutional reform was implemented. Its primary mission is protection of Dorvik's territorial waters and maritime infrastructure as well as sea lines of communication. Apart from that the Marine Force participates in peacekeeping operations, and renders humanitarian assistance and disaster.
