Barry Bannan (born December 1, 1989 in Glasgow, Scotland) is a Scottish professional football (soccer) player who currently plays for Aston Villa in the FA Premier League. Bannan played in the prestigious Under 19 Ergenzingen Tournament in Germany in May 2007, - and was awarded the 'Best Attacking Player' award for his efforts in the tournament.
