Harris was a United States Air Force serviceman stationed at Lower Heyford Air Force Base in the United Kingdom during Day 9. After 12:00pm, President Heller ordered that drone pilot Chris Tanner, accused of firing on an allied convoy in Afghanistan, be transported to the U.S. Embassy in London for interrogation by the Royal Military Police. Harris was one of the airmen, along with Osborne, Ramirez, Weston, and Wilson, who escorted Tanner and Captain Greg Denovo to their waiting military transport. ("Day 9: 12:00pm-1:00pm")
