The Bootleg Room was an underground room in Hell's Kitchen that connected the Underground pool room MusicMan's arena via an elevator. The elevator itself is located via a secret door. It is also used by One-Eyed Jack's men to smuggle alcohol via a winch. it is also seen briefly during the game over screen, when one of the pirate gangsters carries a limp Carnby and throws him off down off Hell's kitchen's cliff.
