The ctOS is the brainchild of Princess Celestia. After it's creation, the ctOS was handed over to the SCP Foundation by P1 in the wake of a major invasion of Queen Chyslis and her army in [REDACTED]. ctOS is Canterlot's Central Operating System which regulates all manner of electronics within the city, from surveillance cameras to traffic lights.
