Agasha Shunsuke was the Agasha Daimyo during the rule of Togashi Toshimasa. In 661 the Dragon began to suffer starvation in the time known as the Great Famine. Shunsuke and the Mirumoto Daimyo Mirumoto Umeka became de facto rulers, due to the inaction of the meditating Dragon Clan Champion.
