He worked with David Messina on a number of Angel comics for IDW Publishing before beginning to work closely with Fabio Mantovani on the Hack/Slash title for Devil's Due Publishing. Most recently, Mantovani and Amici worked together on the Deep Space Nine comic series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine - Fool's Gold.
