The Dominion Navy Medical Corps is a branch of the Terran Dominion, seemingly attached to the Dominion Fleet. It was seemingly formed not long after the fall of Tarsonis to the zerg. After the Second Great War, Lieutenant Rosa Morales of the Dominion Navy Medical Corps was assigned to stop an infestation on a fringe Dominion world. She enlisted the aid of two allied commanders to aid her.
