Ruu & Markey are a pair of musicians who appear in the background of Saizo Hattori's stage in Power Instinct 2, Power Instinct Legends and Goketsuji Ichizoku Matsuri Senzo Kuyou, singing the song Namidano..., which is his respective theme song. Markey is also the name of one of the staff behind Power Instinct 2 and Power Instinct Legends, though it's not known if this is the same Markey.
