There is nothing to suggest that Nnoitra likes Orihime in any way. He called her pet-sama as an insult (looking down on her) and was teasing Ulquiorra. Also, putting his fingers in her mouth to shut her up is not a sign of liking someone. He also dislikes females in general and thus is degrading Orihime by calling her pet.
