In the starting area you would normally have to be wary of giant snow boulders, though they are not present this time. Head across the frozen tundra and across multiple narrow bridges into a tunnel. Watch out for a pit on your left at the end as the road opens up again. Another tunnel follows before you are eventually forced to head left and off the road. Multiple forks and drops from high ground signify the portion of the Glacier Alley track; keep your speed to avoid the water below. Advance knowledge of the present eco pick-ups can make choosing what path to take for each split easier depending on your needs.
