The High Priest of Icthlarin is a priest of the Menaphite people. One such priest lives in Menaphos, and like his Sophanite counterpart, also a High Priest of Icthlarin, he leads the Menaphite clergy of the god of the dead. Despite the city's quarantine, the High Priest has maintained correspondence with Reldo of Varrock. In Reldo's comments on the Tumeken's Dream lore on the official RuneScape website, Reldo mentions their correspondence.
