Slushh is a globular being composed of acids which can liquify flesh within seconds, leaving only the bones left to be carried around in his body. He was imprisoned by the Warlords of Pisun in a red oil sea for millions of years until he was freed by a Qwardian Power Ring and joined the Sinestro Corps. Slushh was part of the force under Sinestro that targeted Coast City for destruction, but they fled when Sinestro was arrested by Hal Jordan and Kyle Rayner. He joined up with a group of Sinestro loyalists to rescue Sinestro when the Green Lantern Corps was escorting him to Korugar for execution, only to be in turn ambushed by the Red Lantern Corps.
