Marc Boileau (born September 3, 1932 in Pointe Claire, Quebec) is a former Canadian ice hockey coach and player. Boileau played one season in the National Hockey League with the Detroit Red Wings. He was head coach of the Pittsburgh Penguins from 1973 to 1978. He also coached the Quebec Nordiques in the World Hockey Association. Boileau played junior hockey for the Verdun Lasalles, St Jerome Aigles, and the Montreal Junior Canadiens of the Quebec Junior Hockey League and the Kitchener Greenshirts of the Ontario Hockey Association. They were all Montreal Canadiens farm teams.
