Laria was Dermon Caffran's teenage lover on Tanith. She was left behind when Caffran joined the regiment at the founding fields, and subsequently died when the world fell to the Chaos attack. Little is said about her, although Caffran has expressed anger at how Milo, a civilian, was able to escape the flames of Tanith but his love was not. Domor is also known to be aware of her meaning to Caff, although it is not clear whether they knew each other before they joined the regiment.
