Shivakari will be able to manipulate many types of bonds. She will be able to manipulate all abilities which link individuals, breaking the bonds between them, altering them, reforming them or creating completely new ones. She will thus be able to alter people's personalities, relationships, viewpoints and moral orientations. She'll also be able to break contractual bonds and the effects of abilities like telepathy or persuasion upon others. She will also be able to manipulate the bonds between atoms, and use this to produce electricity, change one material into another and create powerful explosions. However, this will be the most difficult aspect of the ability, and will drain her profoundly when she uses it.
