Water Release: Aqua Susano'o Jutsu is an S-Rank ninjutsu technique created by Makoto Tamagiri as an ultimate technique. It requires massive amounts of nearby water, either via a source such as a nearby river or ocean, many minutes of intense rain or many water creation jutsu beforehand. When the hand seals are given, Makoto transfers a vast percentage of his chakra into all nearby water, pulling it towards him and forming a large construct around himself, while he remains paralyzed inside it. Makoto controls the construct from inside,seeing through its eyes and moving it as if it were his own body, and fighting with its own skills.
