Theta City is a large metropolitan futuristic city which exists in the lore of A Villain For Fun. Directly outside of it exists the impoverished forbidden no-mans land known as Dark Sector G. The elite multi millionaire populace of theta city and the heroes which they pay to sponsor and support are continuosly opressing those in dark sector g in all of economical, social, political, civil and human rights in general.
