Fuselight-by-the-Sea is a new town in the Badlands that is connected via transporter to its sister town, also in the Badlands, Fuselight. There appears to be a connection to the Eastern Plaguelands by sea if one chooses to converse with the NPC on the dock, and travelers will appear at the dock in the Ruins of the Scarlet Enclave. Fuselight-by-the-Sea could be an allusion to the real world town of Carmel-by-the-Sea, in California, USA; another possibility is the fortress of Eastwatch-by-the-Sea from Song of Ice and Fire novel series by George R. R. Martin.
