Kunthar is a Nord barbarian living in Pelagiad, Morrowind. He can be found wandering around town equipped for battle. Kunthar often takes a rest in the alley between Ahnassi's House and Uulernil: Armorer, providing a good opportunity to pickpocket his gold. He is not involved in any quests.
