Randy Kenneth MacGregor (born July 9, 1953 in London, Ontario) was a professional ice hockey right winger. He played Tier II Junior "A" with the Chatham Maroons from 1971 to 1973. Undrafted by any NHL or WHA team, he joined the Broome Dusters in 1973-74. He remained with the renamed Binghamton Dusters until 1981 as they moved from the North American Hockey League to the American Hockey League.
