Larry Esau (August 5, 1947 - ) is a former NASCAR driver from San Diego, CA. He competed in four Nextel Cup Series events in his career. Esau's debut came in 1972, when Esau competed at Riverside. Starting 15th in the field of forty, Esau fell quite a number of laps down but was still on the track at the conclusion of the event to record a 24th place run. Esau's next race came in 1974 when he returned to Riverside. Starting 32nd this go round, Esau only lasted forty-seven laps in the race before clutch issues left him with a disappointing 29th place run.
