Bruce Wayne was the son of Thomas Wayne, C.E.O of Wayne Enterprizes. Bruce was just a young child when he saw the criminal Joe Chill murder his parents. Thirty years after his parents' deaths, he enheirited his father's company, and decided to avenge his parents' deaths as a crime-fighting vigilante. He is quickly dubbed "the Bat-Man". He befriends Wayne Enterprizes employee Dick Grayson. As the Bat-Man, he goes up against criminals such as Maxie Zeus and Firefly.
