The Blinders district was an industrial region of the port city Sahl-Evin on the planet Jenenma, which was the site of Sahl-Evin's starship-building industry. At some point during galactic history, the Cerean Pal-Nada used his Force powers to take effective control of the Blinders district. The Cerean ruled the district through the use of fear and he maintained orderby disallowing the use of powered weapons.
