It one went by Vixen's Mayhem Title and was later renamed. Mai Shiranui became the 1st Vixen's Venom Champion by winning it in a fatal 4 way match. It is a main title for the women's division and it will be unified with the ACW Women's Title at ACW Realm of Immortality. Moonlight and Rainbow Mika have held the title twice.
