Project Management: Metal is a limited time side questline released on August 11, 2015, during the Monorail 2015 Event's Act 1. To start the quest, the player has to complete A Rail of One City Pt. 8. The quest can only be completed during the first Act of the event. It will disappear on August 23rd when Act 2 starts.
