We do not know if it will ever been featured again in the manga or anime, but the fourth Bleach movie, Bleach: Hell Chapter, will feature Hell. It is due for release in Japan at the end of this year, with a subbed version expected in (approx.) September 2011 when the DVD of it is released (as has been the pattern with previous Bleach movies).
