Tony is a recurring antagonist in Wild Arms 4, employed by the Congressional Knights as one of their army's soldiers. He attacks Jude and his friends a number of times throughout the game, mainly in a Gear machine. Tony's rank changes with each of his appearances, from Commander Tony (Ciel Shelter) to Third Class Pilot Tony (Garra de Leon). It's these demotions with each loss that causes him to hold a grudge against the protagonists, and he often chastises and berates them because of it. He is defeated by the party for good at Garra de Leon with the help of Kresnik Ahtreide. He is voiced by Richard Epcar in the English release.
