We pan from the utility pole down to the kid versions of Herbie Smoochiepoops and Rainbow Brown singing together by the fences where the balloons are tied to. Herbie pops up from the bottom right side of the screen, then Rainbow comes from the left and they get together. Suddenly after other puppets put coins in the can, a monster snatches it from Herbie and takes off. When both kids aren't happy about the can theft, Herbie tells Rainbow that there's a police officer that can go after the monster but Rainbow chases after him to drop the can of coins and Herbie gets a cop involved to show where the incident is. However, a cop accidently grabs Rainbow for hitting a monster with a bat and then Rainbow shouts "Herbie".
