Stan Kenton (15 December 1911 – 25 August 1979) was a Human jazz musician who lived during the 20th century. His works included Grammy Award-winning Adventures in Time. Wesley Crusher stood in several times on bongos, most notably at the Birdland. In return, he gave William T. Riker a trombone lesson.
