Hoof and Mouth are two of Taurus Bulba's lackeys and the tertiary antagonists in Darkwing Duck: Darkly Dawns the Duck, a ram and a mute donkey. Both Hoof and Mouth wear bow ties and are exceptionally clumsy, and are often physically abused by Hammerhead. Their combined names are a pun on hoof-and-mouth disease. Mouth was voiced by Eddie Deezen.
