The police tugs are tugboats owned by the Bigg city port police they are both painted royal blue and wear black British police helmets and have black and white checks on top of their funnels one has a brown moustache whilst his assistant has no moustache they are offen seen with coastguard their job is to arest law breaking tugs and vessels they hate when boats break the law
