Tropical Storm Otto was the fifteenth named storm of the 2004 Atlantic hurricane season. Otto formed on November 29, just one day prior to the very last day of the Atlantic hurricane season. Otto formed in the far eastern Atlantic Ocean via baroclinic processes. Otto caused no damage and no fatalities, because it stayed far away from any land areas.
