Katharine McPhee (b. 1984) in an American singer and actress who was runner up during the fifth season of American Idol, where she appeared alongside Kermit the Frog inside a Ford automobile. Post American Idol, McPhee has toured with Andrea Bocelli, co-hosted The View, and made other television guest appearances.
