Chikarashiki Ōtsutsuki (, Ōtsutsuki Chikarashiki) is a member of the famed Ōtsutsuki Clan, originating from a planet in an unknown galaxy. He, along with Miyamoto Musei travel the vast void of space in order to uncover the origins of the Shinju and their effects on the inhabitants.
