A simple but strong genjutsu where the user's eyes become snake-like and the target becomes hypnotised or "charmed" upon eye contact. While under it's effect, the person will be unable to move leaving them vulnerable to attacks. To negate this, all someone has to do is break the eye contact between the victim and the user.
