This stone allows you to summon the Horse mount, which increases your movement speed. To use, right-click (Or drag onto the accessory menu) to wear,then left-click it to summon the Horse. You can obtain the stone in Apulune, however a player bound version of this stone is given to first level players (humans), making this an unnessicary purchace.
