The Gavel Rifle is about twenty centimeters longer than an M90 Shotgun, and has to be used in both hands. It fires a high energy plasma beam similar to that of a Type-50 Sniper Rifle. However, the beam is a fluorescent green, and is fired with micro-shavings of gold. The gold is coated with a virus that prevents cellular mitosis, preventing wounds from healing. It also acts as a blood thinner, so any bleeding wound won't heal easily, and the victim will likely bleed out.
