As such, she was encountered in the Ypres star system in a simulated mission, in company with the USS Shras. (TOS Episode: Journey to Babel) Considering that this member turned out to be an Orion spy, it is likely this ship is named after a real Andorian diplomatic aide called Thelev that the Orion replaced in the delegation.
