Wei Blacksoil[[:File:|[, ]]] is a pandaren farmer found within Stoneplow Fields, hammering away at the crumbling rocks of the Serpent's Spine that separates the Valley of the Four Winds from the Dread Wastes. He seems blissfully unaware of the mantid swarming overhead and is hesitant to follow the evacuation orders delivered to him from Loon Mai, that is until a mantid attacks. He hastily abandons his work to retreat.
