Donna Carmichael (née Sheridan) is the mother of Sophie and the wife of Sam. Donna once was one of the three members of a band called "Donna and the Dynamos" with her two best friends Rosie and Tanya. She owns a hotel called Villa Donna which she has been running for 15 years.
