Rewards in Uncharted: Drake's Fortune are obtained by collecting "Medal Points," awarded by getting medals. Unlike Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, rewards are obtained automatically when the needed amount of "Medal Points" is reached, rather than manually purchasing the reward. In the Remaster, rewards are obtained by beating various difficulties and collecting treasure. Unlike Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, the player can use rewards gained in easier difficulty on harder difficulty.
