Hugo is able to see how people think and he can easily understand the reasoning behind their actions. He can understand their cognitive processes and intutively knows how to help them psychologically. This therefore allows him to think in the same way as other people, knowing what steps they might take next and the reasoning behind their actions. Hugo also uses this ability to comprehend how a person is feeling and to gain the same mentality as another person. He can clearly think like another person and see what may have affected them to feel or think in a certain way. This ability assists him in his work as the Organisation's behavioural psychologist.
