The Sylvania State Council is a legislature which is the highest legislative authority in the State of Sylvania. It is located in Transcity in Noble City. The council is bicameral, with an upper house, the Senate, and a lower house, the Council of Representatives. By legal technicality but not formally the Governor has a part in the State Council although this is limited to vetoes and the approving of laws. Both houses are democratically elected every year from the Districts of Sylvania. The two houses meet in the same chamber to debate and vote on Sylvania State Law. __ToC__
