The Jäger Pirates are a loosely knit group of pirates operating on Shaolin, the island formerly known as Staten Island. They prey on vessels operating in Raritan Bay, Sandy Hook Bay, Newark Bay, the Arthur Kill, and the nearby Atlantic Coast, much to the consternation of the developing nations nearby.
