Perris Nodarh was a Heiren male telepath from the Heir'och faction who, in 2251, was to participate in the reconciliation ceremony between his faction and the Heir'tza, following centuries of warfare and hatred. Nodarh was taken to an abandoned building at the edge of the city, where Kirk and Mitchell were able to rescue him after engaging in a phaser fire fight with the captors. Eventually, Kirk and Mitchell were able to get Nodarh back to where he was meant to be, and the reconciliation ceremony took place. (TOS - My Brother's Keeper novel: Republic)
