Shaun is known for interacting with the RuneScape community on a regular basis through mediums including Reddit and the RuneScape Forums. As well as being a community manager, he has also created some content of his own that is included in the game. Shaun originally had a phone interview with Jagex on 17 June 2013 but wasn't offered the job until much later.
