Balthazar was the chief antagonist of the episode "Bad Girls" of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and was a horrendously obese demon who sought a means to retrieve his lost amulet and with it his former glory - however like most demons who went against the Slayer he ended up paying the price for his misdeeds.
