Staffer A was an Umbrella staff member assigned to the Raccoon City Underground Laboratory. Injured during the September 1998 viral outbreak, Staffer A rested in the duct's B7 level. Encountering a group of civilians, he offered to give them his weapon in exchange for a First Aid Spray. His fate is unknown.
