Marr Sai's Town, (Sousian: Nurr Zayzhsi, literally "Tiger Blue/Ice" - probably related to Marr Sai or "Blood Tiger," a mountain at the other end of the Bridge to Nowhere) is the capital city of Sous' Bay on the Bridge to Nowhere, between the Termite Tunnel, and the Illicatish Ocean. Marr Sai's Town is unusually populous for its location. It is a large wooden encampment surrounding the Bridge, using it as its main road, and as its dock. Marr Sai is ruled by mob-rule; a chieftain is elected, and their title is the Tollkeeper.
